McFly esiintyi eilen Let's Dance for Comic Reliefissä. Dougie ei päässyt paikalle, koska hän on edelleenkin kipeä, joten Tom tuurasi häntä bassossa.
McFly (ilman Dougiea) liittyy Heatin seuraan maanantaina klo 12.25 Suomen aikaa, ja he pitävät webchatin. Tässä Heatin artikkeli:
"EXCLUSIVE: McFly webchat coming Monday!
Fancy a little mid-morning chat with those McFly boys? Maybe a cuppa, biscuit and a little dose of Danny?
Then you need to be right HERE on Monday morning at 10.30am, because we will be chatting to McFly and getting them to answer your questions LIVE.
Tom, Dougie, Harry and Danny are busy rehearsing for their tour at a secret London location at the moment, so we are heading to them for an exciting webchat straight from their rehearsal studio! Ooh!
So think up lots of good questions - make them original, funny, never-before-answered etc and join us here on heatworld from 10.25am for the chat that will start soon after. Oh, it’s going to be FUN!"

"Due to illnesses in the band Mcfly have had to move the first three dates of their forthcoming arena tour to the end. They apologise for any inconvenience and hope their fans are understanding of the situation." Tarkemmat tiedot siitä, miten voit vaihtaa lippusi tai saada rahat takaisin, kerrotaan ensi viikon alussa.

"McFly: 'That's The Truth'
To us, and we suspect to some of you, the video accompanying McFly's new single is more than a little upsetting. It pains us to see the usually playful Dougie looking so distraught, and we have to ask, what's making him lash out at his own bedroom furniture like that? Miss Sandford, we think you've got some explaining to do.
Thankfully, there's no need for us to be knocking down the doors at Sats HQ, for the track itself offers a full and feasible explanation. "I haven't been messing around / I wouldn't ever go out / And do the things that you don't want me to do," the lads insist here, while producers Dallas Austin and Jason Perry push the buttons marked "anthemic", "pop-rock" and "boyband ballad". It's nothing we haven't heard before, but when the pieces are put together this well, it's all pretty impossible to resist - the track that is, though Dougie...

"McFly get their legs waxed!
The guys from McFly were dared by Fabulous Magazine this week to get their legs waxed.
The "Party Girl" singers agreed and have since admitted that the experience was NOT a pleasant one.
Dougie Poynter laughed:
“It killed, and now my legs look like my 20-year-old sister’s. Not good!”
Whereas Harry Judd added:
“Me and Danny [Jones] had to get in a bath while Dougie poured goo on us.”
Danny was slightly more posiotive though. He laughed:
“It was moisturizing – thanks!”"

"McFly star promises 'awesome' tour
McFly star Tom Fletcher reckons their forthcoming tour show could be the best they ever done.
The 25 year old's been busy tweeting about the tour, "Can't wait for tour rehearsals to start. Gonna make this setlist unbelievable! New songs, old songs, fan favourites, the hits and surprises!"

Pieni McFly-maininta:
"Alton Towers signs up JLS, McFly and The Saturdays for summer gig
BOY band JLS will headline when Alton Towers stages its next summer concert. The theme park will host Alton Towers Live on Saturday, June 19 and has lined up a host of big acts. Pop band McFly, girl group The Saturdays and singer-songwriter Eliza Doolittle will also take to the stage. The concert will be staged on the front lawns of the theme park – in front of the Towers and the lake. A total of 24,000 tickets will be on sale.
Event director Dominique Sidley said: "With the famous Towers as the backdrop for the event and our world beating rides and attractions to enjoy, Alton Towers Live really is set to be a highlight of the summer." Tickets go on sale on Friday and will only be available as part of a package, which includes parking and entrance to the theme park. People will be able to spend the day on rides and attractions before the concert begins at 4.30pm. The event follows on from other concerts held last year.
In May, the park hosted an Eighties event for its 30th birthday, featuring acts such as Rick Astley. Pop superstar Pink also performed there in June as part of her Funhouse tour. The show was a sell-out, attracting 28,000 people. But many motorists said their night was ruined after queuing for hours to get off the car park. Residents from surrounding areas also complained about jam. Alton Towers said at the time that a traffic management system was put in place but delays were inevitable with so many people leaving at the same time. A spokesman said today that discussions are taking place to decide what measures will be implemented this year.
The Sentinel also reported in December how the theme park is set to pay £50,000 a year to help pay for new measures towards easing traffic jams around the resort. An Alton Towers spokesman said: "We will be working closely with the highways agency and the council to put necessary measures in place to cope with the traffic."
Villager Stella Heritage, aged 72, added: "I have no objection whatsoever to another concert at Alton Towers. "We hear them, but they don't bother us because they are over by 10.30pm. What they will have to do is sort out the parking, because it was ridiculous last time. People were queuing for three hours or more to get off the car park."
Tickets for Alton Towers Live cost £55. They go on sale at 9am on Friday and can be purchased by calling 0844 209 7323 or through online shops."

"McFly's new sound has made them "international"
Band worked with producer to help attract fans from all over the world.
McFly has developed a new sound to help them become an international act.
The group, who release the third single from latest album 'Above the Noise' on 6 March, are spreading out from the UK market.
The boyband worked with music producer Dallas Austin to develop their guitar driven signature sound to something a bit more synth pop.
Tom Fletcher explains they'd been so focussed on the UK music scene they decided to set their sites on the world, "Literally, our first trip to Europe was only last year and we've been around for seven years now".
Fans from all over the globe have discovered them through the internet but he says with this new sound they'll feel more comfortable taking their music to them.
"We have an amazing fanbase".
McFly's new single 'That's The Truth' is released on 6 March."

"Video : McFly - That's The Truth
Fresh from the huge success of their hit single ‘Shine A Light’ and a triumphant 2010which saw McFly launch their massively successful ‘Super City’ website, the band announce their first release of 2011, new single ‘That’s The Truth’.
Released on 6th March via Island Records, ‘That’s The Truth’ is written and produced by the band and uber US producer Dallas Austin (Madonna, Michael Jackson) and is the third single to be taken from the band’s fifth studio album ‘Above The Noise’.
‘That’s The Truth’ is a departure from the electronic sound and sublime synths featured on previous two singles ‘Shine A Light’ and ‘Party Girl’. A string orchestra accompanies the band’s heartfelt lyrics about honesty and working through problems in relationships, whilst the anthemic chorus has already proved to be a huge fan’s favourite at McFly’s recent live shows.
After performing five sold-out intimate mini-UK dates in October to preview ‘Above The Noise’, this Spring will see McFly play 13 dates across the country in their biggest ever UK tour. Their first Arena tour in two years will culminate in a show at Wembley, London.
2010 was a phenomenal year for McFly. Always looking for new ways to work within a piracy-hit music industry, the band launched their ground breaking ‘Super City’ website; a project two years in the making. The website provides worldwide fans with unrivalled access to the band; it has citizens rather than visitors where fans can subscribe to access further content including albums, demos and web chats. Super City launched on November 1st and has been an unprecedented success. Over 15,000 fans from all over the world subscribed within the first few days far exceeding the initial target of 10,000 pioneers within the first six months
With a fan base that now stretches around the world and having recently entered a joint venture with their original major label home, McFly have succeeded beyond their own expectations."

"McFly and Lulu to perform at Llangollen eisteddfod
Organisers hope for a "surge" in younger music fans at this year's Llangollen International Eisteddfod with a line-up which includes pop band McFly.
They will close the event, which runs from 4-10 July, after organisers talked of taking a "brave leap forward".
Eisteddfod chief executive Mervyn Cousins said he hoped this would take the festival to "new heights".
Other performers include Lulu and English tenor Russell Watson.
Mr Cousins said: "Llangollen attracts a healthy and varied audience every year.
"With McFly joining our fantastic line up this year we expect a surge in our numbers of young audience members, taking our festival to new heights.
Lulu and Russell Watson are also performing at the eisteddfod "This is a very exciting time for us."
He said organisers felt McFly were "just perfect" for the "coveted slot" to close the festival on Sunday, 10 July.
The band have sold millions of records worldwide and enjoyed numerous number one singles and albums.
More than 4,000 competitors from more than 50 countries are taking part in this year's eisteddfod, which is celebrating its 65th anniversary.
Mr Cousins said other new events for this year included a folk day on the Friday.
"This year's programme sees an even more eclectic mix of names and competitors, with a hugely exciting array of performers through the week," he said."

"McFly head back to Marlborough
Just four months after members of McFly took Marlborough by storm when they visited the Sound Knowledge music shop and attracted the biggest crowds seen in many years the remainder of the boys band will be at the shop on Monday March 7, the day their new single is released.
On November 15 bass player and backing singer Dougie Poynter and drummer Harry Judd visited Sound Knowledge in Hughenden Yard to sign copies of their latest album and were astounded at the phenomenal reception they were given.
Hundreds of fans formed a queue that stretched from the music shop and along the High Street as they waited patiently to get the two band members to autograph copies of their new CD.
They chatted with their fans as they signed their CD’s and autograph books and gave extra time to one young fan, 11-year-old Edward Scipio from Devizes who suffers from cerebral palsy and who was pushed in his wheelchair by his mother Sharon.
Dougie and Harry also had a special word with former St John’s student Robert Dobie, 17, from Marlborough who told them how a dodgy burger had left him with virulent food poisoning from which he almost died.
Shop owner Roger Mortimer said he was astounded when he heard that McFly would be visiting Sound Knowledge in November. “I was truly amazed when McFly said they were coming the first time and my astonishment continues,” he said adding that he reckoned that between 600-700 young people, many of the younger ones accompanied by parents, had queued to meet the two young musicians.
McFly mania is expected to return on March 7 when the other two members of the band Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher, both lead vocals and guitar, will be visiting Sound Knowledge on the day their new single is released.
Mr Mortimer said he was confident there would be huge queues again to meet the McFly members. “The fans will want to complete their sets of signatures by getting Danny’s and Tom’s to go with Dougie’s and Harry’s which they got in November.”
To ensure that the expected large number of young fans can be handled safely they must register with the shop (01672 511106) so that some idea of how many will be attending can be assessed. Mr Mortimer said.
“All of those who want to come along and meet Tom and Danny will need to contact the shop for details of the time when they will be here,” Mr Mortimer said."

"Is McFly's That's The Truth about Dougie Poynter's heartbreak over Frankie Sandford?
Apparently McFly's new single That's The Truth was inspired by Dougie's break-up with Frankie Sandford.
We all know Frankie Sandford and Dougie Poynter are no more but is McFly's bassist over it? Apparently the band's new single That's The Truth might have been inspired by Dougie's heartbreak over the split and even features him crying and looking all forlorn in the video.
Poor old Dougie Poynter. Nothing like wearing your heart on your sleeve to win over millions of softy girls. Like us. Feel free to come here for a cuddle whenever you need.
Meanwhile Frankie Sandford's apparently dating footballer Wayne Bridge.
Are you happy for Frankie Sandford? Do you think Dougie Poynter's really pining? Do you care?"

CLIConlinen haastattelu:
"Is there anything McFly won’t do for a laugh?
The McFly boys regularly dress up like ladies, strip off and flash their bits, and they have even been know to set fire to parts that really shouldn’t be set alight.
Their latest caper involves some wax, Danny’s leg and lots of hysterical giggling followed by pained screaming – and its all for Cadbury Crème Egg’s Goo Dares Wins challenge.
As well as filming this video - which if you haven’t guessed by now features the boys waxing Danny’s leg – all the McFly guys have posed for new portrait. Nothing new there, you’ve already seen pictures of McFly we hear you cry, but in these new shots (see them in this week’s heat magazine) they’re all dripping with Crème Egg filling. Yum! Or Yuck depending on you view in Crème Eggs."

"McFly's Dougie Poynter is not over split with Frankie Sandford

LOSING your girlfriend to another man is hard but losing her to a Premiership footballer is enough to make you as sick as a parrot.
McFly star Dougie Poynter, 23, is heartbroken that his ex, pop star Frankie Sandford, 22, is now with West Ham defender Wayne Bridge.
“I don’t think I’m over it yet,” he says. “Something like that could take years. It’s just time. For Valentine’s Day it will be just me and my dog.”
Luckily, Dougie has bandmate Tom Fletcher’s shoulder to cry on. Tom reveals: “We all go to each other in times of need.”
Doing it for the boys, eh lads?"

McFly oli pelaamassa Cadbury Cream Eggin "Goo Dares Wins" -peliä, jossa heille annettiin haasteita. Tässä pari ensimmäistä haastetta:
"McFly we want to lick you all up!
McFly are covered in goo, and we want a taste!

We dream of getting our mouths all over McFly, and after seeing this picture of the boys covered in scrummy chocolate egg, well, we have all the reasons we need to get stuck in!
McFly are covered in Cadbury Creme Eggs, and they look so good we just want to gobble them up!
The boys are actually taking part in a series of dares for Goo Dares Wins.
These dares include bathing in a bath of Creme Egg Goo to having their legs waxed - yet another excuse to see their naked flesh, if ever an excuse were needed!
Personally we'd like one of the dares to be for US to be covered in goo, and the McFly boys licking it off our bodies!
Which they surely would be up for - come on lads, get involved!

"McFly on their reinvention, why they love Liverpool and what it’s like to be all grown up
McFly tell Jade Wright about their reinvention, why they love Liverpool and what it’s like to be all grown up
FORGET those cheeky young whippersnappers who set teenage hearts a flutter, McFly are back, but they are all grown up. The quartet who grew up in front of an audience of screaming girls have put their teenage days behind them.
“Now it’s all ‘can we see the wine list again please’,” laughs singer Tom Fletcher, now a ripe old 25. “Last night we were out for dinner and Dougie ordered the cheese board and he was asking for a special wine to go with it.”
Dougie Poynter, 23, the chiselled cheekboned bassist, holds his hands up: “You know you’re growing up when you stop ordering the chocolate fudge cake and you want the cheese board. “Or if you do get the cake, you order dessert wine to go with it.”
They all collapse into laughter.
They’re back in Liverpool to promote their latest tour, which calls in at the ECHO arena next month.
As I arrive, they’re in one of the arena’s corporate hospitality boxes, competing as to who can sing the loudest across the empty arena floor.
“When we started out, we were what, 17?” explains Tom. “We were thrown into this crazy world of touring where we had so much freedom in some ways, and so little in others. We could order room service and mess around all day to an extent, but then we always made the decision that when it came to time to work, we’d work.”
And work they certainly did. Unlike many teenage boybands, they wrote all their songs and kept control of their own affairs.
They were founded after Tom missed out on an audition for boyband Busted. Instead, the record company asked him if he’d help write songs for them.
He met Danny Jones (24), who had gone to an audition for a different band by mistake, and they recruited Dougie and Harry Judd (now 25) from an advert in the NME.
“Contrary to what a lot of people think, we were signed as a band. We weren’t put together.” clarifies Tom."

"McFly angry at awards snub
McFLY will be watching the Brits this month in a bit of a rage.
The lads - DANNY JONES, TOM FLETCHER, DOUGIE POYNTER and HARRY JUDD - are miffed they don't get invited to big award shows.
Harry said: "It's frustrating that we don't get included in those types of things."
At least they earn a bit for plugging Cadbury's Creme Eggs. Here's Dougie and Tom pouring eggy goo over a naked Harry and Danny in the bath. I'm sure that happens at rugby clubs most weekends."

I can't wait for you to finally hear the truth
Muutama lyhyt video:
McFly vieraili portugalilaisessa Top+ -ohjelmassa jo joulukuussa, mutta nyt vasta se saatiin Youtubeen:
"McFly:'That's The Truth' Working Through Issue In Relationships
The full-length new video for British boy band McFly's latest effort "That's The Truth" premieres exclusively on group's Super City website last Tuesday. Fresh from the huge success of their first two singles: the electropop single "Party Girl" and the more R&B/pop single "Shine A Light," and a triumphant 2010 which saw McFly launch their massively successful ground breaking "Super City" website, it's time for a real boyband track. The band announce their first release of 2011, new single "That's The Truth," as their next and third single to be taken from the band's fifth studio album, "Above the Noise."
The boys teamed-up with hot US producer Dallas Austin, who's previously worked with everyone from Pink to Madonna, for the track and it will be released at March 6 via Island Records. "That's The Truth" is a departure from the electronic sound and sublime synths featured on previous two singles "Shine A Light" and "Party Girl." A string orchestra accompanies the band's heartfelt lyrics about honesty and working through problems in relationships, whilst the anthemic chorus has already proved to be a huge fan's favorite at McFly's recent live shows.
The video for "That's The Truth," has a desolate and bleak feel to it with the whole band performing in a large, dark empty space and bassist Dougie Poynter sat on a bed in what looks like a room that has been torn apart. The storyline is Dougie plays the main role, who has split up with his girlfriend, and is very upset about it. He smashes his room up, then drops of water from the ceiling splash on Dougie, and water then streams into his room. Dougie wakes up the next morning to find his room is completely normal. The lead vocals Tom Fletcher posted on his Twitter and joked that Dougie had not come home from his scene in water.
McFly have succeeded beyond their own expectations. The boys are excited to return and showcase their infectious and soulful electro-pop sound across UK venues for the first time in two years. Yes, McFly were growing up under some auspicious musical wings, and their new material bares a stunningly robust edge. That freshness as if pop music was only invented yesterday. They understand that in the age of iTunes every song on an album has to be good enough to withstand the treatment of a tear-jerking rendering amongst the high school kids of Glee. The dexterous R&B flourishes pushed through the divergent medium of a four piece guitar band happened between Dallas Austin and McFly in Atlanta have a touch of the work that Timbaland did with One Republic about them, only a little more riotously teenage and a whole lot more fun."

"McFly top the bill for Davies’ charity gig
McFly will play their first ever Bolton gig at a charity event organised by Bolton Wanderers star Kevin Davies.
The band have confirmed that they will be playing Kevin Davies’ Masquerade Ball at the Reebok Stadium on March 5, as part of the fundraising event for the player’s charity Kids of Bolton.
“We’ve been chasing McFly for a while, so it’s the icing on the cake for us that we can confirm them,” said the Wanderers striker.
He revealed that Bolton boy Danny Jones asked him if the band could take part after the event was initially announced, but that there were doubts as to whether the four-piece would be able to fit it into their schedule.
“We never really expected them to be able to do it because they are so busy at the moment,” said Kevin.
“It’s brilliant that they are going to be able to make it.”
Danny said: “I’ve never played a gig in Bolton as part of McFly so I’m really looking forward to it. I really wanted to do it because it’s my home town, it’s a great cause and plus it’s Kevin Davies and I’m a massive Bolton fan.”
The event will also feature Bolton comedian and Take Me Out frontman Paddy McGuinness, who will be setting his celebrity pals up on dates like a modern-day Cilla Black.
DJ Spoony will be providing music, and dancing is expected to last long into the night, with people who have paid for places on VIP tables also able to carry on the party with Kevin with a casino event and afterparty.
“It will be our biggest fundraiser of the year, but there will also be lots more events that we have yet to confirm, so there will be something for everyone,” said Kevin.
Danny said that he was aiming to watch the Bolton match the day before, joking that he hoped organisers didn’t send him home to sleep on his parents’ sofa while the other McFly boys were put up in a fancy hotel.
“It’ll be great, it’ll be a really good laugh,” he said.
Tickets for the event cost £1,000 per table of 10 or £1,250 for a VIP table. For more information: visit kidsofbolton.com or email kidsofbolton@ yahoo.co.uk."
