British teen pop/rock band, McFly, is all grown up and they have a thing or two to say about their new sound, new collaborations, and the rock legends that we love.
McFly traveled to Argentina over the weekend to play for their Latin American fans and on the way had a quick chat with Terra. The guys have matured since their past albums, but that didn't stop them from throwing a few cheap shots at Sir Paul McCartney.
'We were in Rio actually on that day and we had to leave to go back to Sao Paolo. Unfortunately, we missed the concert, but we watched online and it's incredible to hear [Paul McCartney] sing the classic Beatles songs. He's a complete legend obviously, and hopefully we'll get to that age someday,' McFly singer Tom Fletcher said.
'He's a really old, decrepit, old man,' drummer Harry Judd chimed in.
McFly has been promoting their sixth album, 'Above the Noise,' throughout the world and talked about how they created a different sound for their comeback. Working with Taio Cruz and producer Dennis Austin, their new music has taken a more mature tone.
Jumping on the reality TV bandwagon, the young studs will have their own show appropriately titled 'McFly on the Wall.' Cameras will follow the bandmates on their 'Above the Noise' tour and take fans behind the scenes for an all access look at McFly.
